STANDARD OPTION

The Standard Option provides you with a request for amendments and/or a signed 66W Certificate following our initial contract review.
To proceed with the Standard Option, you will need to make payment of the $220 ($200 plus GST) fee.
If you are successful, we’ll credit this fee towards our final conveyancing invoice.

The Journey Membership provides you with up to four contract reviews, requests for amendments and/or signed 66W Certificates (if required) within a period of 3 months.
To start your Journey Membership, you will need to make payment of the $440 ($400 plus GST) fee.
If you purchase a property earlier than you had perhaps expected, we’ll credit up to all of your paid Journey Membership fee towards our conveyancing fee, as follows:
– exchange on the 1st attempt, 100% credit on our final invoice; or
– exchange on the 2nd attempt, 50% credit on our final invoice.
STEP 2 - MAKE PAYMENT TO START
Payment of the initial fee is required before we can start the next steps.
You can make payment by way of an electronic funds transfer into the following account:

Once payment has been made, please ensure that you email evidence of the transfer to your conveyancer so that they can proceed with the next steps without delay. We will also require you to provide us with some further details about yourself and your purchase so that we may ensure we have everything correct from the outset.
