The first step in the process is for us to provide you with some initial advice on the contract. If you are buying an established residential property in NSW, we will provide you with an initial review at no cost for the first contract.
Simply complete the form below to provide some basic details and upload your contract. We'll then get back to you with your FREE initial contract review (same day in most instances if the contract is received by 12 noon on a business day).*
If you have not found your dream property at this stage, simply come back to this page when you have to upload a contract and start the process.
* Our initial free contract review applies to existing residential properties only and excludes off the plan, subject to plan, company title and commercial property contracts to which a fee of $385 ($350 plus GST) applies for such review with a 2-3 business day turnaround due to the complexity of these types of contracts. The contract review is provided for free on the basis that you agree to use our services for the conveyancing should you proceed to purchase the property.
